Hi, I have a hard time in finding how the Dual Display Capacitor tester is powered. MCL mentions powering it with 29.5 V from a switching boost converter but I could not find reference to it anywhere. Please help.

In the video’s list on Patreon, see video #79. This switch mode boost converter is designed for the circuit, and has special provisions for noise. You may also want to build the LV lockout circuit for the tester as well, for that see video #80 and #84.
