Hi everyone, I am trying to identify a component, it’s an IC for an input board that works on a temperature recorder. the marking on the IC is L01. I have attached a picture of the board and the IC with its marking. https://imgur.com/a/n2R8ust , https://imgur.com/a/6d1cEVv. It has 6 input channels.

Not seeing the ic image in your 2nd imgur link. Can you take another pic of it as close up as possible so the markings upon it & the maker’s Logo are clear & focused.
