Today I was working on a practice SMD soldering board and was working on some 0805 parts, I had notice my hands were not shaking, until I thought about.
I found this interesting as I went back on, they stopped shaking again.
It is just me, or has other found this working on SMD’s?

I had a devil of a time with it. I finally got some smaller tweezers and that was very helpful. I also started to trust my right hand, even though I am left handed. That helped. One fella suggested I use a small cloth rice bag under my right hand. I haven’t tried it yet but it sounds like a good idea.
@leonard-peters I am finding if I do not think about, I do not shake, but I say look at what I am doing, I shake.
So I now finding thinking about other things, like what am I am going to do next.
You say small cloth rice bag, that is getting you comfortable and I can see it.
