Trying to identify what is causing this internal arcing issue. removed link

Welcome, until you get your link sorted out, what are you working on?
Radios + Tubes + Scopes + Cars= Nothing better!
I am retired, now living in a remote part of North Peru, but originally trained as an electrical/electronic engineer 40 years ago, before diverting into computing. I purchased a Renogy 2000w inverter outside of Peru, and about a week after using it, I heard cracking noise at startup. On investigation found it was internally arcing from a toroidal transformer to a component on the pcb. The manufacturer kindly refunded me, but I have this lying around now, and curious to know what has happened and can it be repaired. I am aware just like valve radios there are high voltages inside, so I take precautions. I know nothing about inverters, but seems like a good project to find out.
I have a video, and can take other pictures later, when the forum allows
Nice! Use the link below for more info on uploading pictures and we can go from there.

I did try to add plastic insulation between the toroid and the pcb, but did not stop it arcing
@perunut Not much to see in the video, as it is in “shorts“ format, I can neither zoom in nor slow it down.
Can you unsolder the toroidal to see where the arcing occurs?
