Late 1990's Mitsubishi CNC Controls

I have 2 Citizen made CNC lathes from the 90’s. They have Mitsubishi controls which I have a lot of problems with. 

Does anyone know of someone well versed in these controls that can help? I think a lot of the issues could be coming from the cables between the drives and NC but they cannot be purchased new anymore. 

Cable is labeled TAIYO E67647-T AWM 20276 and end connector says 3M 10320.
