Johnson counter working, but, the CD4017 output 3,2,4,and 7 do not raise the CD4043 2,9,10,1 outputs. The Blue LED after 1,6 diodes and 1k (mentioned, but not on schematic) flashes on queue; but the “reset” pulses 6 or 7 times, and LED on 4043’s pin 1 blinks twice. Amazed at the oscilloscope on the johnson counter output and the 4-bit mem reset LED. For example, last image shows oscilloscope on pin 6 of CD4043… Lots going on even when the LEDis off… not knowing… Rebuilt 4-bit breadboard twice. 3rd time to charm? Ugh.
