A crusty Tek Type 504

Hi everyone,

So I after years (decades really) wondering about owning some tube equipment, first in the form of early digital stuff, then audio gear, I finally got my hand on my first tube hardware… an analog test equipment, crazy how life goes, right?

I bought this baby for 80 euros plus shipping and it’s… let’s call it a project.

Also I must say, after all this years wondering about tubes and finally being able to hold one in my hand insert it into a socket feels kinda surreal.

I guess I’ll go dusting now. Sharing the pictures for those interested in this little adventure.
