IG-82 Sig Gen Dial Coupler Missing Part

Hello. I have an IG-82 signal generator that is missing some parts between the air capacitor and the dial indicator knob. 

The manual doesn’t show a detailed breakdown of this area. 

Any idea what is used to couple the two parts? 

Can’t seem to add photos at the moment.

Imgur picture hosting service or Google Photos should do the trick. But other hosting services should work too.

I think because my dial indicator is cracked it doesn’t want to grip the coupling. Seems to ack as a holding washer between the knob, plastic indicator and coupling shaft.
