@stevokeano How does it tell the size of the board that you are running.

Update . I did find a flat two sided electric griddle at value village (second hand store) It heats up to 380F. Using Mr. Carlsons laser  print setup.

I sandwiched the PCB between a paper cloth and  I ended up applying heat to the PCB for 45 second. It work out great.

@larry_n7luf glad to read you are having success!    The rollers are spring loaded accepting the pcb or sheets of paper for non-pcb use.

@kaf I actually purchased the same laminator that Mr. C has (he of course modified his to increase the temperature and a few other items) hoping I could modify it just as Paul did.  I asked Mr. C for instructions some time ago and perhaps a video showing this, but never heard anything about it.  Mr. C, if you’re reading this, I would still very much appreciate a video showing your modifications to your laminator.  Thanks.

@daveo There is not an exact video detailing the exact build, however there is several videos giving a general overview and tear down of it that would get you going. On the other hand since his build on that one, many other options are available that might not be as much work. I plan on buying one soon that should do the trick I hope.

Why not just test as it is first. Mine worked as it is, you just have to run it some more times.

When in doubt use a microcontroller.
