Hello, this is my first time cracking open a radio, so, I got it at my previous place of work, for whatever reason the cords been cut, it’s an old Motorola 57 X 12 if I’m reading correctly, I got the chassis out of its shell and I’m just wondering, what in the blue blazes is this mushroom looking thing? Any and all advice would be appreciated
