Well I finally got all the parts for the tool. Id like to report went mostly smooth. Managed to hook up one led backwards but that’s all sorted now . Fun project. Now on. To the cap leakage tester.

I’ve been away from the forum for a couple of years. Would you mind posting a photo of your discharge tool creation? I’m finally setting up my own permanent tweaking station here on my off-grid “rock” farm. No judgement on my part, eh.

I was going to buy a premade 1… and then looked at the spooky build-quality of them on amazon. Nope. Rather make my own — safer!!!! 😑

I just read the fine print from our admin (Carlson). Images require a URL link… images not stored on this newsgroup. If you have the time, I’d like to see your creation. If not, I understand.

@chris-anderson …A member? Yep. $7/month via Patreon. It appears this forum is DIFFERENT from Patreon. Nice to meet you. {{{don’t concern yourself about posting images… unfortunately, it’s a roundabout process here on the platform}}}
