Ok I picked up a old general radio co. 5 amp variac. There are 5 terminals labeled 1-5 . Number 3 looks to be the wiper there are all 2 other terminals that are separate from the row of five . I’m uncertain how to wire this up anyone have some insight. I do have a photo but haven’t set up a way to share it on here yet.
